hurghadaquad.tours is a small independent editorial site. We publish no phone number and no street address, and we do not answer by WhatsApp. E-mail is the only channel.
Write to us about
- Corrections. A price rule, a pick-up supplement, an age limit or a company detail that is wrong or out of date. Please tell us which page, what it says and, if you can, where the correct information is published.
- Your experience as a traveller. If a trip was very different from its listing (riding time, cash extras on the day, the pick-up), that is useful for us to know.
- Operators. If you run or represent a safari company, a desert camp, an agency or a hotel desk we write about, you can send corrections about your own business. Please include a link to where the information is published (your own website, your listing, your licence). We do not accept payment for reviews or for a better score.
- The site itself. A broken link, a page that does not display properly, or a translation that reads badly.

We cannot help with bookings
We do not sell trips and we are not party to your booking. Every booking made through a link on this site is a contract with the booking platform and the local operator, not with us. We have no access to your booking and cannot change it.
| You need to | Contact |
|---|---|
| Change, cancel or get a refund for a GetYourGuide booking | GetYourGuide, through your booking confirmation or the app; your contract is with the operator named on the listing |
| Change, cancel or get a refund for a Headout booking | Headout, through your booking confirmation |
| Confirm your pick-up time or place | The operator named in your confirmation (usually by WhatsApp or e-mail, the day before) |
| Sort out a trip booked at your hotel | Your hotel's excursion desk or your tour operator's rep |
| Report a problem with a trip bought from a street seller | The seller; there is usually no platform to help |
Before a trip, read the cancellation terms on your listing. GetYourGuide's standard rule is a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before, but listings can set other terms; some Headout desert listings are non-refundable. The platform comparison sets out the differences.
Emergencies
If something goes wrong in Egypt, call the tourist police on 126 or the police on 122. British travellers can find the UK government's current advice for Egypt on the FCDO travel advice pages. For a medical problem on a trip, contact the operator and your travel insurer as soon as you can; our practical guide explains why a passport copy and insurance that covers quads matter.
Privacy
If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you put in your message. The site has no user accounts, no newsletter and no analytics. The privacy page explains what the server records and which third-party code the site loads. Read about us for how the site is made and paid for.
